The order went smoothly except for the fact the the heat pack came loose in transit and damaged some leaves. The plant was so healthy and robust that it shed those leaves and put out new ones. You would never know it suffered any damage. This seller provides good communication as well as unusual healthy plants. This seller will be on my favorites list!

The palm is young but you can see the red color on the base!!! I just planted it so we will see. The seller was very thorough and expedient.
