Seller shipped item immediately but it got stuck somewhere for awhile and was a week delayed (not fault of seller!). Maybe shipping priority would have helped? When I reached out to seller about item not arriving, response was immediate and apologetic even though out of seller’s control. Loved and appreciated the immediate feedback and added info on tracking that I wasn’t able to access. Item arrived and in new condition as described.

This item was shipped the same day as purchased. We can't really get an item out any faster than the same day. We do offer Priority Mail at check out. I think it is an additional $9.00 for US addresses. Unfortunately as sellers all we can do is ship an item in a timely manner. Which we did. The delivery dates are estimates only and put there by eBay and not sellers. Sadly the USPS is short handed due to a lack of workers and COVID. This is why the delivery dates are estimates.
