The camera appears to be new in a box. But it doesn't work at all. I already have two identical Prism cameras I have owned for 12+ months so I am very familiar in their operation and this camera fails on all accounts. Won't charge up correctly. LED's are giving erroneous indications. It doesn't connect to my computer. The reset button doesn't function as per OEM instructions. Tried everything to get it to work. I want my money back. Advised vendor 24 hours ago. Awaiting a response.
