Note that we ship all our packages via USPS. While we make every attempt to package your purchases securely, there are times when items are damaged in transit. Before leaving us negative feedback, we ask that you message us to work out a resolution.
If you require special packaging, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, depending on the cost of shipping supplies & any increased cost from USPS due to added weight we may need to charge an additional fee for that special request.
Due to several problems with shipments of scrapbook paper and large ads being damaged in transit, as a precaution these items will be now be shipped in tubes.
