By bidding on this item the buyer understands and agrees with all the statements noted in this policy, especially noting the Shipping, Payment Details and Return Policy sections.
We get our merchandise from many different sources such as lost freight, manufacturers’ overstocks, discontinued models, open box items, damaged boxes, customer returns, clearance racks, and scratch and dent. The majority of our items are in perfect new condition, but occasionally you may find one with a damaged box or quite possibly a missing piece. Shopping this way is a great way for us to offer a 40-90% savings to you.
Despite any and all observations by us if your product is not what you expected and may have an issue that hinders the performance of the item. Please contact us as quickly as possible and we will work fairly to resolve the issue for you.
AS-IS
All bidders also agree that this is an 'as is' auction and therefore no warranty is intended or implied. AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR THE THREE TERMS LISTED BELOW IN THE RETURN POLICY SECTION.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
We charge a flat rate for shipping within the Domestic US. Alaska & Hawaii MUST email us prior to bidding for a shipping quote or you will be responsible for any/all shipping costs which can be more than double the stated flat rate.
NO INTERNATIONAL, APO &FPO BIDDERS AT THIS TIME
We reserve the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Additional charges by Federal Express may be applicable depending on your location. Shipping insurance is not included in the standard shipping rates, but may be purchased by the winning bidder at extra cost at their discretion. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do offer combined shipping on multiple purchases that can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in order to save our customers money. After you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items automatically (size allowing) by paying for all won auctions at once. The revised shipping fees will be calculated for you at that time. These combined costs could range from a $1 additional per item to simply receiving a $2-$3 discount on shipping for that item depending upon its size and weight. Please refer to the listing details to determine the discounted rate. The process of combining shipments can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility).
PAYMENT
All Payments must be made within 72 hours of Auction End. We ONLY accept Paypal. We will send an e-mail reminder if payment has not been made. If you have a problem and need a pay extension please email us and we will try to accommodate. Excellent Customer Service is our goal!
It is our policy to file a non-payer dispute with eBay if your payment has not been received by the seventh day after Auction end.
All Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback.
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback will be left when winning bidder leaves a positive comment for us. Leaving us a negative feedback may result in a negative counter feedback, or other appropriate response, to be determined by us, so we urge you to contact us first if you have a problem prior to leaving negative feedback.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
We have 3 types of refunds. All refund claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing (email Frugal.Family@Yahoo.com). With the exception of a missing item all refunds will require a return merchandise authorization number issued by us and the item must be shipped back to us for inspection and processing. Failure to obtain a return merchandise authorization number prior to returning an item to us will result in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties (see below for details). All returned items must be sent through the mail (USPS-STANDARD) insured and may NOT be dropped off in person. All reimbursements by US will be refunded on your Paypal Account. Please note that refunds take up to 7 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next month’s billing statement.
REFUND MISSING ITEM
In the event that we are missing or otherwise unable to provide the auction item, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs (to and from the customer if applicable) and packing/handling fees related to that item.
REFUND INCORRECT ITEM
In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item listed in the auction, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item as well as return shipping costs.(excludes slight pattern or color variations) In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us for a return merchandise authorization number and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing (e-mail Frugal.Family@yahoo.com).
REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE
We sell items in various conditions from new to gently used. In the event that an item is damaged due to shipping handling, beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid, plus all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item up to the amount of insurance purchased on the package. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us for further instructions which may include obtaining a return merchandise authorization number and mail the item back in the same condition and in the same original packaging that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing (e-mail Frugal.Family@yahoo.com). The buyer will be refunded once the buyer has cooperated fully with us and the shipper and the claim has been settled to our satisfaction and we have received the payment for the damaged item from the shipper. At that point in time the buyers paypal account will then be credited in full.
