    Grill looked great. Only problem was it was the wrong item that was sent to me. They told me if I would just hang onto it they would send me the correct item and make it right. However, it has been over a month and a half now almost And almost $300 gone because I never received what I originally ordered. I did not want to leave negative feedback on them, but they have stopped responding to my messages and I have yet to make it right.

    Ive been using ebay for more then 25 years and this is in fact the absolute worst seller by far. They simply never shipped the order and when attempting to chat they answered with statements not answering or related to my queation asked. Only reason i bothered is they were only had specific item i wanted. They did provide refund each time but of couse that is because EBay requires them to as otherwise they would refund it and take from seller and seller knows that. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

    I recieved the wrong item when i messaged them they give the same response over and over no matter what i say i offered to send back the items that i didnt order they do not cooperate they have many negative feedbacks and always send an identical meaasge that they will be glad to resolve the issue avoid at all cost all i asked for was what i ordered

    I Was missing gas cap cover from the package that they sent me. . and the door handle cover had 2 of the same part so I was missing a part as well for the door. I Contacted them and they did send me out a replacement for door handle cover. I was told that they did not have the gas cap cover in stock and would send me one out in about 2 weeks Several weeks have passed and now when I contact them they keep telling me they still don’t have one to send me. Terrible experience

    Seller sent the wrong item, contacted him and said they would send the correct product. The item I received is half the price of the one he sent and he stopped responding afterwards.
