Everyone has different perspectives. You decide. Even though the shipping label was created quickly the item wasn't taken to the post office until 6 days after. When I inquired about this they responded quickly with accurate info. I was irritated that it had taken this long to ship. During the 10 days it had taken to receive the item their price dropped. I inquired about getting that price because of the delay. No response. I was ignored. Item was exactly as described. Still irritated...
