Please make payments arrangements within 7 days of End of Auction. If you are sending a payment by mail please let us know so that we do not relist your item! If paying with a card please email us your phone number and we will call you for your card information. Never email your card information for your protection! Paypal & Card payments will be shipped very quickly but other payments must clear before your order will be processed. Thank you for understanding the need for this policy!

We will combine shipping on any items possible! Just drop us a note letting us know which products you'd like to combine shipping on and your zip code to pfdistributions@pfdistributions.com. Combined shipping may not be available for all products, depending on item size and location. We'll do our best to reduce your shipping fees!
 
Please notify us within 3 days of your receipt of the package that you wish to return the item. Once we receive and confirm the item is as we shipped it, we will refund your bid price.

Insurance is always optional and we do not require it, but we strongly recommend it. We've had very good luck with the Postal Service and UPS but sometimes packages do get misplaced! We will handle your item very carefully but after shipping it's out of our control. We keep our insurance charges to a minimum.

We don't charge tax, we just collect it! Since we are a licensed business we are required by California State law to collect tax on all sales made to California residents.
