I did receive this item. In some what of a timely manner. It was for parts or repair. It came in a big box and nothing in the box to keep from bouncing around. The description said could be missing parts and wires were cut. This seller sells working items like this. It should have been stated what it was missing. like the electronic controller, Not deceiving like the wires are cut could be missing parts. WTF? Not happy. And I responded to them like this reading.
