This is the second time that I have ordered this item, and they have just never shipped it again. It sat awaiting shipment for weeks just like last time before they just cancelled the order, saying that the customer requested that the order be cancelled. I did not request the order be cancelled and when I wrote to them asking why, they just never responded yet they still have the item for sale. They just never ship it
