My apologies to this seller, I should have waited until he contacted me before leaving feedback. He was kind enough to refund my money without needing the stone back. When he found out that he had been duped by his supplier he was very apologetic and has promised to follow up with the supplier. If he would ask ebay to have the feedback amended I will remove the negative feedback and give very positive feedback for this seller.
