Ordered this item on Nov 2. Report said it was shipped that day. On Nov 9 I requested an update from the seller. No response. It’s now Nov 12. Still nothing has arrived. No tracking info on the seller’s site. I wanted this to drive new outdoor speakers, which did arrive on time, for an outside dinner party last night. But with no amp, no tunes! Needless to say I will not buy anything more from this seller.

Seller sent a Dell N231 mouse instead of a Dell OYH958 mouse. Does not have a trackball as the seller described. Model OHY958 uses a trackball. Model N231 uses laser tracking. If the seller had sent the mouse pictured in the description with the original packaging labeled OYH958 instead of throwing an unpackaged mouse into a box, this would not have happened.

Upon taking receipt of the computer from the shipper( FedEx) the box of inspected and found to be in good order. The item was well packaged nowhere in the box had it made contact with the external box. On to the product itself, the computer is exactly as it was described.
