Paypal is my only method of payment. I am now shipping every other day. Once your payment clears, your item will ship within 48 hours (except for weekends or holidays).  I do not ship to APO addresses because of the paperwork involved. For the same reason, I do not ship outside of the United States.  IF THERE IS CUSTOMS PAPERWORK INVOLVED, I CAN'T DO IT.  That means NO shipping to Canada.  I have a full time job and can't get to the post office during business hours. I ship from home using Paypal.  Keep in mind that shipping costs me more than just postage-- "Shipping and Handling" covers processing your order, handling, packaging, Ink, labels and shipping along with delivery confirmation.
