All domestic orders are shipped with a US Delivery Confirmation which is included in my shipping & handling charges, but insurance is not and is extra and optional. I will not assume responsibility for either loss or damage for items shipped outside of the USA that are not insured which also is optional and varies in cost from country to country. 78 RPM records are shipped domestically at $7.00 NOT $4.00 because of packing materials, box, etc.
