I reached out to the seller after hours, and received an apology in under 15 minutes. He also said he would look at his stock in the morning, to see if he had the correct shoes available. He did exactly as promised. He did not have the shoes, and gave me an immediate refund, asking me to donate the shoes to an organization that could use them, which I am.
