Retired craftsman now offering professionally sharpening used and refurbished knives of all kinds and many other items for sale. Used and refurbished knives are cleaned by compound buffing followed by a slow speed three step abrasive belt sharpening to a 15 -18 degree angle and a final polishing wheel to the edge. Wood handle knives are also compound buffed and polished. All other items are described as accurate as possible.
