Our Returns Policies & Procedures

• We work very hard to ensure that our customers receive garments that they are completely happy with and as such we experience item returns of less than 1% due to our customer’s expectations being met and exceeded consistently.

  To ensure 100% customer satisfaction we have developed the following returns policy & procedure that provides our customers with flexibility and piece of mind during your shopping experience with Global Clothing Group. No matter what the reason, you can return any item for a full refund of the purchase price (postage charges are not refundable) or exchange for another item. Please read our returns policy and procedure to gain a full understanding how it works

Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:

• Any Auction or Buy-It-Now item purchased from Global Clothing Group can be returned for a refund or exchange with the exception of clearance items.
• Please print a "RETURNS INFORMATION FORM" from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be completely filled out and included within the returned package so that we quickly process your return.
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 14 business days from the date you received the item. If there is any indication the garment has been worn including the smell of heavy perfume or smoke the item will be returned to you at your cost. If you fail to cover the postage charge then we will donate the item to charity.
• When we receive your package we will process the return within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us to confirm our acceptance of your item(s) and either the dispatch of your exchanged item or the refund of the full purchase price of the item less all shipping & handling costs.
