Ordered part because it said 2-4 day free shipping. After a few days of not getting shipped i messaged seller and was told it wasn’t on hand and had to special order. Figured if u list an item that means in stock right. So what was suppose to be 2-4 day shipping turned into over a week. But i did receive item and was as described. I feel that the customer service with this seller was fine. The item was as described and reasonably priced. The shipping however was another story. Ironically I ordered this part and another item from Amazon on the same day. Both items were shipped via USPS with a due date of 04/01/24. Neither item arrived on the 1st. The Amazon item was lost / replaced and arrived on the 5th via UPS. This item did not arrive until 4/11/24. It had been misplaced prior to arriving in Memphis.
