Item exactly as described. Both drives were active for a little over 4 years with minimal start up count, 0 bad sectors, and this persists even after multiple days of use by me. Drives were packaged securely, included SATA 3.3V fix adapters, and included not 1 but 2 papers warning about the issue. Shipping was even a few days faster than Ebay expected.
I was originally worried about the "too good to be true" price of refurbished Enterprise class drives, but I will order again in the future.
