Shipping & Returns

Golf Cart King values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from Golf Cart King, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Returns

Any product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 877-960-5464. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user's manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product.

If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

Shipping

Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our Distribution Center at their address (Please contact us for where return must be shipped). We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $30 may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packing, or which do not include all components (manuals, accessories, original packaging, etc.). Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product.

Damaged Items and Shortages

Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling from 9 AM to 6 PM (Central Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Cancellations

Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Golf Cart King within 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order.

Refunds

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.

For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase.

For refunds on products paid by check, money order, or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

Warranty Exchanges

Most new products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days from purchase, call 877-960-5464. All electrical components are not warranted after package has been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" – no refunds, no returns on these items.

Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on electronic components.

Undeliverable Merchandise

You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
