Tracking was “blind” from this point. Slow & intermittent responsiveness on follow-up comms via eBay messages. Needed to instigate 3 overseas phone calls to discuss shipping delays following unresponsiveness to these queries. Discount offer on shipping was actioned and welcome. Would use again.

Seller claims he has items in inventory but doesn’t. The seller brushes it off as a manufacturer problem because of drop shipping. As a buyer I don’t care who has it or where it comes from. You said you had the item and you didn’t. Now I have to go through the whole hassle of purchasing and getting a refund. You have delayed me from owning a reel for 2 weeks. Won’t purchase from again.
