SHIPPING FAQ's AND AGREEMENTS
Please use the shipping calculator included in the listing to determine shipping costs. We can combine shipping on all orders to give the customer the lowest possible shipping price. To do so, select the items you wish to purchase through eBay, then request an invoice before making a payment. Please purchase items in the same transaction to ensure the combined rate. Orders paid separately cannot be guaranteed the combined rate. We will ONLY ship to the address included with the payment, to stay compliant with the seller protection policy. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Most items are sent USPS Priority or First Class Mail. We charge the exact shipping cost, plus a small handling fee ($3 domestic, $4 international) per order. Occasionally Ebay does not invoice shipping correctly, we can refund any overcharging upon shipment. We realize for some items there are slightly cheaper ways of shipping, but we have found that our customers appreciate the speed, trackability, and high success rate of the services we have chosen. We do not accept requests for alternative methods of shipping.
International insurance and tracking are ONLY available with Express Shipping. Upon shipment of item(s), email notifications will be sent with all available information, including tracking #'s when available
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All items purchased from Gorilla Buffet are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items, pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our carrier. If you live in a delivery area with a high risk of theft, please choose the insurance option offered on your invoice. Our USPS Postal carrier will not accept damaged packages. If you received an item damaged in transit, responsibility lies on the purchaser for all claims. We only ship to the address on your Paypal payment, and are not responsible for packages unclaimed or returned for incorrect addresses. Buyer will be responsible for re-shipping of all items returned to us.
The delivery times listed by the USPS for each service are only estimations, and can be subject to delays. These could include, but are not limited to, national holidays, regional weather, high volume times, etc. International orders are shipped once a week, and please allow sufficent time for delivery. International orders typically take 3-5 weeks from purchase, but can be delayed longer occcasionally buy individual country's customs departments. If item has not been received after 5 weeks, contact us for assistance before filing an Ebay or Paypal dispute.

PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS
Payment, or at least contact, must be made within 3 days of the auction's completion. We ONLY accept PayPal for our Ebay auctions. Please do not bid if you do not have Paypal, as the transaction will have to be cancelled. Unpaid item reminders will be automatically filed 14 days after the end of the auction, if still unpaid.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds or Returns may be made, if contacted within 3 days of receipt of item. We will ONLY accept items in the perfect, new and unworn condition in which you received them. The only items available for exchange are listed in our Ebay store. The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping. In the event or a return or an exchange, shipping is non-refundable. All refunds, returns, and exchanges will be subject to a 10% relisting and restocking fee. Make sure to include all necessary info (i.e. item #'s, what you're request is, etc.) with you're return, or it may be signifigantly delayed.
Note: We, at Gorilla Buffet, or any other online clothing retailer for that matter, cannot guarantee the item you receive will fit exactly as you desire. This is the assumed risk with online shopping, and please do not purchase from us if this is an unacceptable possibility. We provide detailed descriptions, as well as measurements for each individual item we list, to aide in this process the best we can. This is why we also have a return policy, and we encourage buyers to use it when necessary, but we are not financially responsible for time and shipping charges incurred during this process.
Our feedback will be left shortly after receipt of buyer's feedback. All postitive feedbacks will receive the same in return. Please note that the Ebay feedback system is designed to rate sellers on their ability to complete transactions as required by Ebay (accurate shipping, correct representation of items, etc.) It is not a barometer of emotional satisfaction. Please contact me before filing a dispute, to resolve the situation and make both parties satisfied.
It is very rare, but due to the complexity of selling items on Ebay, certain items in the store or auction may be unavailable. Full refunds or equal replacement offers will be made to make the transaction good for all parties.
Please note: Due to the differences computer monitors, and their individual settings, actual colors of items may be slightly different than they appear to you. Please check the auction carefully and inquire if you have any questions.
