Q.  Will I receive only the page, ad, or cover pictured or a complete magazine and/or article?

A.  We only sell the ads, covers, or page carefully removed from the magazine.  Our store does not sell any complete magazines.

Q.  Do you combine shipping?

A.  Yes, we charge only $1.50 for shipping within the USA no matter how many ads from our store you purchase. No additional shipping for any ad after the first! Internatioal orders of 2 or more ads will ship for $6.10 which includes a certificate of mailing from the US Postal service.

Q.  When can I expect my order to arrive?

A.  In almost all cases your ad is shipped within 24 hours once payment is received. USA delivery time is usually 2-3 days.

Q.  Do you ship internationally? 

A.  Yes we will ship to all countries as long as a verified Paypal shipping address is used. International shipping is $5.00. International orders are NOT shipped insured but we will purchase a certificate of mailing from the postal service as proof that your item was shipped on all orders of 2 or more ads. The certificate of mailing is an additional $1.10

Q.  When will I receive positive feedback for my purchase?

A.  We leave positive feedback instantly once payment is received. We feel that once a buyer pays for their item they have done what is expected of them. We will then ship your item asap. If you are pleased with our service we would appreciate positive feedback as well.

Q.  Is their a date on the ad?

A.  Some publications do have the date and issue the ad was removed from. If the date is present we try to list it in the auction description. We have been sorting and listing thousands of ads so occasionally we may miss posting the date. If you want to be sure email us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about any of our items.

Q.  What is the condition of the ads?

A.  Condition varies drastically from one ad to the next. If we think the ad is not suitable for framing we will not sell it. We will do our best to list any problems with the ads in the item description and display the best picture of the ad we can. Many of the ads do have flaws, discoloration etc as they are OLD.

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ad simply return it for a full refund. We want 100% customer satisfaction! If the ad is lost or is damaged by the postal service we do ask you contact us before returning it so the insurance claim can be filed.

Q.  Are all ads mailed flat?

A.  Yes, with the exception of the Youth Companions which measure 16 X 11 are folded in half.  All Youth Companions were originally folded in half when they were delivered.  You can request a Youth Companion ad be mailed in a tube for extra postage.
