Gramma Mill’s Gluten Free FoodsTM Is a Maine based,Gluten Free family owned and managed producer of 15 Gluten Free mixes. Our company began as a way to provide my family with gluten free food that has good taste, after my youngest son was diagnosed as gluten intolerant in 2004. As a lover of good food, I began a quest to develop good tasting, gluten free mixes that have exceptional flavor. After many months of development at home,Gramma Mill's Gluten Free Foods evolved. I named the company Gramma Mill's in honor of my mother who was Gramma Mill to our two sons.
Made from love, Gramma Mill's are the best tasting gluten free mixes available anywhere. Imitated by some, outdone by none, our products supurb flavor,texture and height when cooked is unequaled in todays market !
All of our mixes are made and packed by hand to insure freshness and quality control.
All of our products can be prepared casein and dairy free as well as low calorie.
The potato starch used in our mIxes is made in Maine ! We also sell this product through our retail customer's locations.
We have 15 mixes for you to enjoy. Mamma Stefano’s Pizza Dough Mix, Gramma Mill’s Coffee Cake Mix and Chocolate Cake Mix, Seafood / Fritter Batter Mix, Pancake Mix, Plain Muffin Mix, Belgian Waffle Mix, Sandwich Roll Mix, a Cinnamon Raisin Roll Mix and our new Plain Cookie Mix ( just add your favorite chocolate chips ,etc to the mix). We also have a Wrap / Soft Taco mix ,a Bread, a Biscuit and a Carrot Cake
As a gluten free family, we are members of the National Celiac Sprue Association through the local chapter based in Portland, Maine. We are active in helping others whenever possible.
