I purchased a Gucci slide 38 for $403.00 from this seller. I have contacted the seller and asked the seller if he can exchange it for a 37.5 because the 38 is very large. I took the shoe to the Gucci store in my area and they informed me that size 38 is very large in comparison to the ones in their store. I informed the seller that the 37 will not be able to fit; however, the seller continues to offer me the 37. THE SELLER DECLINE THE RETURN REQUEST WITH THE INTENTION TO KEEP MY MONEY
