Good seller, right side, quick, release, lever, broken contacted Greenworks Customer service, and was told that since I bought it from an eBay seller, there would be no warranty from the company , even though it said on the box 4year warranty, I got it assembled and it started up fine no snow yet to test it . Hoping for the best.  not blaming the seller , I would, however, like a  receipt for my records.

Despite the fact that items in my order were shipped separately and I didn't receive a notification as such, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. My items arrived as described. The shipping/FedEx tracking was another matter: it was the worst ever for this order. Once received , I was good to go. This mower/blower is a great combo. The mower works well beyond all expectations. It's easily assemble, is quiet/easy to operate, and lightweight. Excellent machines, great value!

This seller is actually Greenworks, so manufacturer direct products. Item arrived fast protectively packs in manufacturer box. All parts were sealed and blemish free. There is no snow, so I haven’t used it yet. It sure looks good though! I own a bunch of 80v Greenworks tools and am grateful to get another one at a great price from the factory with the Greenworks warranty.
