Paypal is the only method of payment we accept.

Where possible we will combine items to save you on S/H costs if one payment is made through Paypal.

Your item will be professionally packaged for shipping! We ship your item within three days after Paypal payment is received. Read our feedback and you can see what others say about our QUICK SHIPPING policy!

Local pick up of goods is not available.

Registered Mail is optional. Please let us know if you wish Registered Mail and we will update your invoice. ALL customs forms will be filled out accurately.

How does Combined Shipping work?  With Combined Shipping your items continue to be included in the same order until you pay. This may allow you to receive a shipping discount. One payment must be made through Paypal to qualify for Combined Shipping rates.  All payments are expected within 10 days (hence, you can combine any items bought within the first 10 days).

 

Why do your listings not Include a shipping discount for multiple items bought?  We opted not to do this because we generally do better than the so-called DISCOUNT rate method!  The eBay system would require us to declare what extra rate per item we would be charging you on multiple items bought.  For example, we generally will ship up to TWO small items at our First Class rate without charging you anything extra.

 

What are the general guidelines for Combined Shipping?  Small items like pins and buttons we generally will ship up to two items for the base rate quoted.  It will just depend on the weight of all the items.   When combining several items from different listings, feel free to contact us for a shipping rate quote.  Make sure you let us know all the items you wish to purchase by item number.

 

How does the Flat S/H rate work? If we offer a Flat S/H rate no matter how many you buy, that means you can buy 1 or all and will only be charged that flat rate. We do this to encourage quantity purchases. The fixed rate is for that listing ONLY and must be shipped ONLY to one address. If you buy other items from different listings you will have to wait for us to combine the items and give you a final S/H cost.

 

Also, the Insurance cost will be wrong on Fixed S/H rates when you buy multiple items. The eBay system combines it instead of doing a calculated value.  We will adjust this if you wait for us to invoice you.

 

Do you charge Handling Fees?  Yes, our Shipping rates include a handling fee.  This will range from $1.00 and up to cover our costs for materials. 

 

How well do you pack items?  Small items will be shipped in a bubble envelope.  We generally also bubble wrap each item individually.  When box shipping fragile items we generally box the items individually before placing them in the shipping box.  We do everything we can to make sure your items arrive to you safely.  However, we always recommend Insurance to cover you for damage done or especially for lost items.

 

How do I cancel my auction bid?  eBay allows you to cancel your bid (up to 24 hours before auction ends) by completing an online Bid Retraction form located at:

Is groovydude merchandise authentic?  Yes. Unless noted different in the listing, everything we sell is guaranteed authentic, first-quality, new merchandise.  Each listing should describe the condition of the item(s).  We try to document as much information as possible and take accurate photographs so you can make an informed buying decision.  We also try to stay away from fantasy, reproduction or fake items.

 

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift or lower value?  By law, we are required to declare the value of the goods that have been sold. It is therefore NOT possible for us to change those values for the purposes of avoiding duties or taxes.  All custom forms will be filled out accurately.

 

What countries currently can Insurance be added?  This can change, so you will have to give us time to check on availability and Invoice you.  Cost currently is $1.60 for up to $100 in coverage and is through a private company. Covered destinations currently include (but again, can change):

How does Making A Best Offer work? Best Offer is an option available for Buy It Now items that allows you to make an offer to buy the an item at a price that you select. We can accept or decline a Best Offer you send. Best Offer gives you the chance to negotiate the price with us. The advantage of a Best Offer is that you have the opportunity to buy the item at a lower price than the Buy It Now price. You should only make what you consider to be your "best" offer for the item on the FIRST offer.  Shipping/Handling is not negotiable and should not be included with the offer as a note (i.e.:  "$7.00 offer includes S/H" written in the ADDITIONAL TERMS section). 

 

Please also, do not email us with a Best Offer proposal. If you wish to make an offer do it through the eBay system. If Best Offer is not an option, then this is the lowest we can go on this item at this time.

What is your Return Policy?  Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.  However, since we deal primarily in collectibles, some on consignment, and spend a considerable amount of time giving accurate descriptions and photographs all sales are final.  This is not withstanding obvious mistakes made on our part.  In the un-groovy event there is an error on our part (i.e.: we sent the wrong item), we will pay all return postage costs to have that item delivered back to us and, of course, we will send the correct item out.  Please contact us prior to sending anything back.  Items must be in their original condition with similar or original packing.
