 Q: How do I return an Item?

 Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  A: We accept PayPal and most all credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Solo and more.
 Q: Do I need an RMA for returning an item?
  A: Yes! Please do not send anything back without an RMA. Contact us immediately for instructions. Sending orders back without an RMA number will lengthen the turnaround rate as we will not be able to identify your order correctly.
 Q: I think I was sent the wrong part. What do I do now?
  A: If you think you were shipped a part in error, please contact us immediately via email though eBay's messaging system. We will respond within 1 business day!
 Q: Do I need to pay the cost for shipping back to you?
  A: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If it is our fault or there is an error with your order, Group Vertical will gladly pay the return shipping fees.
 Q: What happens if my item is returned to you because I put in the wrong address?
  A: When we receive your return back at our office, we will issue you a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
 Q: Do you charge a restocking fee for unwanted items?
  A: Yes, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. The 15% restocking fee applies to unwanted items, items that were purchased incorrectly, or any item that is returned without an RMA number. If it is our fault we will of course not charge a restocking fee and we will also pay for your return freight costs.
