Instead of cancelling the order (advised they didn’t have the item) seller refunded me a small portion of the purchase price. I’ve been fighting with ebay to try and get the rest of my money back. Item never received.

The order was cancelled - hence the refund. This item was purchased through the global shipping program which issues the full shipping costs. Buyer doesn't fully understand the process.
