If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please fill out our On Line Return Service and follow instructions.     Refunds will be issued less 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping(if there was any).     Please keep in mind that any returns must be post marked within 7 days from the receipt of the item(s).      When returning an item to exchange with a different color, buyers can enclose a small clipping of hair sample so the closest matching color can be shipped.  Ship to address is:
