Loved my new handbag! Came exactly as shown and is even prettier than the pictures. The leather is very soft and the quality is beautiful. Would purchase from seller again. My package arrived almost a week late,but this wasn't the sellers fault. USPS faulted and sent it across the country when it was almost here. It was shipped almost immediately after my purchase, even being in between xmas and NYE. Not pleased with how USPS handled the situation, but this is not a reflection on the seller.
