 | A: All sales are final at these prices. Unless we make a mistake and ship the wrong item, we won't take returns or exchanges. If we have made a mistake and authorized a return/exchange: We only reimburse lowest USPS shipping costs, or lowest USPS Priority - NOT UPS, FEDEX, DHL, NOT 2-Day Air, Next Day, Express or any of those extras. |

 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes, you can collect items for 7 days. As long as none of the items are being paid, they can be combined into one shipment. If something is paid, it will be transferred into the 'to be shipped' category and can't be combined with any other items bought at a later date.
Please wait for our final invoice and do not try and make up invoices yourself. |

 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: From the time a label is created, please allow 1 business day for it to be taken to the post office. From the time we dropped the order off it can take anywhere from 2-3 days for priority mail or 2-9 days for parcel post. We are not responsible for the USPS transit times and it may take longer. It also says that at the bottom of every auction. |

 | Q: How much is the Handling Charge? |

 | A: $2/dom. order, $3/int'l no matter if that is one item or five items in an order. This covers at least some of our additional costs for materials, shop, credit card fees thru paypal since not everyone wants or can pay with a bank account thru paypal, storage and rentals to make all this possible. It's either that or higher prices. |

 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, but not to Mexico! Too many problems, shipments never reach their destination. We also reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations based on our experience with the country and their postal service. |

 | Q: Do you ship to unconfirmed addresses? |

 | A: NO, absolutely not. We only ship to the address that is confirmed in paypal and ebay. This is for our own protection. It is the buyers responsibility to have their current address listed there. If someone moved two years ago and hasn't updated their address, there is nothing we can do about it. |

 | Q: Can international buyers pay with paypal? |

 | A: We only allow US buyers and Canadian buyers with confirmed addresses to pay via paypal.
ALL OTHER BUYERS MUST EITHER SEND AN INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER OR TRANSFER MONEY INTO OUR GERMAN BANK ACCOUNT. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
Paypal does not insure us for other countries and we have to pay an exorbitant amount of extra fees for int'l buyers. |

 | Q: Do I need to insure my purchase? |

 | A: It is in your best interest to insure your purchase. No insurance, no claim in case the item gets lost, and we are not responsible for a missing item. There are more and more people out there who think they can blame the seller for everything, so we might make insurance mandatory soon to prevent us from losing merchandise and money both. |

 | A: Please ask yourself: Have I read hannulink's policies that are laid out in several different areas online? Most likely you have been blocked because you haven't, have created a lot of additional work for a $10-$20 purchase, possible hassle or reasons for unhappiness in our house and we simply feel it is better if you do not purchase from us anymore |

 | Q: Can you take my bid off if I made a mistake? |

 | A: No, we can't. Only you can retract your bid since it is your ebay account. If you don't know how to retract your bid: Please read ebay help files. |

 | Q: How do I confirm my address in paypal so you will accept my payment? |

 | A: You need to add a bank account and/or credit card to your account so paypal can verify your address. We can't do it for you, it is your account. Emails to us saying "I herewith confirm my address" won't work. If you don't know how to do it, please contact paypal and/or read their help files. |

 | Q: I don't like my purchase. How do I return it to you? |

 | A: You don't. All sales are final for close out items, and we say that in the description, the payment instructions, the about me page, the entry page of the shop and numerous times in FAQ. At these prices all sales are final. Please sell the item on if you don't want it. Please read our about me page. |

 | Q: My purchase doesn't fit. Can you exchange it for a different size? |

 | A: In general, no. Closeout items are not available in a full size run and all sales are final. We give you the opportunity to ask sizing questions before you buy and we provide sizing for our items before the sale. Short of hand measuring an item again we will fit you if you contact us ahead of purchase. Please read our about me page also. |

 | Q: Why does my monitor display an item in a different color than it is? |

 | A: Every monitor has different display settings, and they are under YOUR control. If a dark blue looks black on your computer, please adjust your settings. If the manufacturer calls a dark blue "obsidian", and we tell you it's dark blue, please don't buy the item and later complain to us you expected black shorts and don't want them cause they're blue |
