Combined Shipping: On any of our items where inventory is more than one (1), you can view combined shipping rates for additional quantities of the same item by clicking the “see all details” button under or beside the shipping rate at the top of the listing. We combine shipping on all orders. Shipping will combine automatically during checkout. If shipping does not combine properly, please message us BEFORE YOU PAY.
Shipping costs and times can be calculated directly on the listing under the Shipping and Payments Tab. Most orders are shipped within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped you should receive an e-mail confirmation (to the email address associated with your eBay account) with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Shipping Address: PLEASE make sure your eBay shipping address is correct BEFORE you complete your check out. If you would like the order shipped to someone else be sure to enter the correct address during the eBay checkout. If you complete checkout with the incorrect shipping address this is YOUR mistake. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address that you provided to us. You, the buyer, will be responsible for all return shipping fees, package intercept fees, replacement product costs, and additional reshipping charges that may result from this mistake. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are calculated on a case-by-case basis, so please message us with the item(s) and quantity you would like to order so we may provide you with a shipping quote.
We ship items within 4 business days from cleared payment, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
We handle orders on a “First Come, First Served” basis. We ship Monday-Friday. Orders paid late on Friday or on weekends (Sat-Sun) will not be processed until Monday. We use USPS & UPS for shipping, depending on size and weight of item. Please choose your PHYSICAL ADDRESS when processing payment through PayPal, as some items are NOT deliverable to a PO Box.
Hardware2you makes every effort to have the listed product in stock at the time the auction ends. However, due to different applications, our retail sales and product variations, it may be necessary to order your specific item from an alternate supplier. (THIS HAPPENS ABOUT 1% OF THE TIME). This in turn may result in additional handling time before we are able to ship your order to you. This time usually ranges from 3-5 business days. In this instance, we will contact you via eBay messages explaining the delay.
“One-time auction” items are not returnable, so please review all pictures and descriptions carefully and ask about anything that is unclear before bidding. BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE.
“Buy it now” items may only be returned if they are received damaged, you receive the wrong item or the item is otherwise “not as described.” Please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order if there is a need for return/exchange. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
All items must be in resalable condition with original packaging to receive credit. Buyer is subject to return & re-ship expenses, also 25% of the total order amount (minimum $5.00) restocking fees to the following issues: 1. purchase wrong items 2. cancel orders (by buyer) 3. undeliverable address 4. choosing wrong carrier (especially PO BOX)
Delivery Time: International shipping is VERY unpredictable. Delivery time for USPS First Class, or Priority Mail International is generally 3-6 weeks to any international destination, including Canada and Mexico. Please DO NOT expect to receive your package for at least 3 weeks and be prepared to wait as long as 6 weeks for delivery. Please do not contact us regarding the delivery of your package until you have waited at least 6 weeks. If you cannot wait this long please select and pay for the quicker and more reliable USPS Express Mail International for a delivery time of 7-10 business days.
Tracking: USPS is terrible about tracking international packages. Although you will receive a USPS tracking number, do not be alarmed if there is no updated tracking information available for you to view online. This is normal. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. We assure you that your order was shipped on the date listed in the shipping confirmation email, regardless of what the USPS online tracking system may show.
Customs and Declared Values: We will declare the amount you paid for your purchase on the customs form - not including the shipping cost. We WILL NOT declare an amount that is less so you can avoid additional fees. We mark all international shipments as a "Gift". There may be additional customs fees due to your postal office upon delivery of your order. We are not responsible for these fees. Please contact your local post office for rates and information.
Electrical Ratings: ALL of our electrical products are 110/120 volts and are fitted with standard U.S./North American-style plugs, unless otherwise noted. You may require an adapter or converter to use them. Please do your research before purchasing any electrical items.
