Excellent Seller. Better than advertised. The cookbook was dated 1981 and was almost completely brand new. I actually attended that Annunciation Greek Church in Norfolk, VA at that time. The signature inside was one of the parishioners although I don't remember them. It's one of the best Greek Cookbooks on the planet. Highly recommend this seller. Arrived securely packaged and on time. Only thing is a clip holding the dvd in place was loose for one disc and the disc was loose in the box. It happens and didn’t damage anything, so nothing to reach out to the seller for since I see nothing to resolve here. For the price (including shipping), the way it was packaged, speed of delivery, and overall accuracy of condition of item, it was definitely worth the purchase.
