They asked questions, I took pictures of how they fit & sent to them. They even recommended another model that I could consider.     Hearing aids were delivered in two days. Seller called to verify sizes and prepare the HA’s prior to delivery. These were exactly as advertised. Shipping was fast. Communication was excellent. We have a follow up call this week to tweak the programming. The only thing missing was having to go in to my doctor to pay an extra 4k. I am ok with that.

    I deliberately took my time to write this review to give me time to give honest feedback. Vendor was awesome to deal with and very smooth transaction. She adjusted and programmed my aids in a way the previous company I used never did. I used these aids all vacation with in a multitude of environments and they performed flawlessly.
