Heartland American was so awesome to deal with. The sent them a few messages with questions and they replied promptly and even allowed me to pick the tent up as I live close to their location. They absolutely could not have been nicer or easier to deal with! Thank you. The tent is as advertised - haven't tried it yet but again the service from Heartland America was 1st Class!
