be dispatched within 2 – 3 business days once payment
has been confirmed and you should receive your order
within 15 working days. If you haven’t receipt your
items during these periods, it may because: 1) you
probably have missed the delivery. please contact your
post office near you ASAP before it is returned to
sender. pls note: package will require your signature
upon arrival. if no one is at the address to claim upon
arrival. postman will drop a pick-up note. 2) your
package is probably being reviewed by customhouse. |

Italy. Because all packages sent to Italy are currently
under serious inspection, if we sent by registered
airmail, it won’t past the inspection and will return to
us, so we only send items to Italy by DHL or UPS |
