* If something occurs during the transaction that displeases you, prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback you agree to contact me through the eBay messaging system at least once with your grievance and allow me the opportunity to correct the problem. It's likely due to a misunderstanding / miscommunication and can be rectified very easily in most instances.
* My listings are not intended to be malicious or dishonest in any way, I try and describe the merchandise to the best of my ability. However I do sometimes make mistakes and miss details. If possible I try and check all merchandise for proper function. But sometimes I am not able to test because of lack of equipment or knowledge.
