Within 7 days from the date received, if there’s any quality problem, buyer can return for refund or exchange. 2. Within 7 days -15 days from the date received, if there’s any quality problem, buyer can return for exchange new item. 3. The item which need to return or change, must ensure that its appearance is not broken, with complete accessories, packaging intact.  4. Within 15 days to 30days, if there’s any not spontaneous quality problem, customer can get free repair service, more than three months, get the repair parts for free, the buyer just need to pay for the postage. 5. All of our items, the main unit are under one year warranty, the accessories are under three month warranty, consumables not covered under warranty. 6. The gifts are not covered under warranty. The product exchange details Within one 15 days from customers receipt of the goods, quality of products affected by non-human use, can enjoy the exchange service, the specific operating procedures are as follows: 1. Customers contact our after-sales serviceman, give us a detailed description of product failure, with pictures or video, then we can determine whether it is quality problem or not. 2. If couldn’t determine whether it is the quality problem,we suggest buyer to examine the item in local for the quality, if it is really the quality problem, pls contact with us for exchange.(need to return, after we received, we can exchange.) 3. If the product quality can’t be identified at the local, please return the item to us. (by post office please send us all the accessories, instructions and complete packaging, and to ensure that product properly be packaged to prevent damage to products in delivery). 4. We will examine the item which be returned, if it is the problem of the quality, we will deliver one new item in 3 days when we receive the broken.
