Please Buy-It-Now for each item, but don't pay until the last Buy-It-Now item. Once you have completed the last Buy-it-Now item, select Pay and then select all the items to be paid together. Kindly adjust the shipping accordingly to our combine shipping policy. Or you can just request an invoice from us after all the Buy-It-Now's.

Items purchased from HobbyMonster store location and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. Please see Exceptions.

Items purchased but shipped and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery with the original invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. You must request an RMA number from us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received within ten days from RMA. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, loss and damage. Please see Exceptions.

Exceptions. 1) No refunds or exchanges are allowed after the 7-day return period. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. 2) Due to manufacturer’s safety requirements, HobbyMonster cannot accept return of power accessories, such as batteries, chargers, AC/DC adapters, power speaker cables. For defective power accessories, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacement. 3) HobbyMonster cannot accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. 4) All software sales are final, no return or exchange. 5) Items containing consumerable contents, such as ink, ribbon, swap, fluid, etc, are not refundable.

A restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price (less applicable shipping) will be charged on all shipped items. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund or exchange.

Refunds on cash or check (including money order, cashier check, & wire transfer) purchase will be issued by check from HobbyMonster within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card or PayPal will be credited to the same account.
