Ordered this item and item was never shipped even after my estimated delivery date had came and passed. Reached out to the seller multiple times requesting information and then requesting a refund. I never heard back from the seller and finally after opening a case eBay gave me a refund. Terrible experience, no communication at all from the seller even after 12 days and item not being shipped.

That's because we have a TWENTY (20) business day window in which to ship all of our items. If you do not like that potential handling time - as is indicated and displayed on eBay to all buyers - then you should go to Walmart to get this vintage wheel that they do not sell at Walmart. Either that or learn how to correctly use eBay.
