Bought a tube of sikaflex and it was shipped free via usps. Packaged very poorly in just a soft sided envelope. Tube came dented and end was smashed into an hexagon shape. Probably can still use the tube by bending it back, but it’s lost its seal before I even use it. Contacted them with no response

Item works well and is as described. My issue is about slow shipping and misleading shipping info by the seller. Seller declared item shipped the next day after ordering when in fact he had only created a shipping label and took him four days to actually hand over the item to the shipper (USPS). Item eventually arrived but later than the promised arrival range of dates.
