| Homier Distributing Co., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser those items listed above, which may include such brand names as: HDC, Speedway Series, Professional Woodworker, Diamond Line, Magnum Air, Kauffman Krafted, and Contractor Professional Tools, to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the original purchaser. Homier Distributing Co., Inc. shall, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge; any product found to be defective upon company inspection. |

| Homier Distributing Co., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser those items listed above, which may include such brand names as: American Heritage, E-Z Storage, Contractor Line, and Farm Pro, to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90-DAYS from the date of purchase by such user. Homier Distributing Co., Inc. shall, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge; any product found to be defective upon company inspection.

| The warranties described in the FARM PRO WARRANTY PROGRAM form are provided by Homier Distributing Company to the original purchaser of new Commercial & Consumer Equipment from Homier Distributing Company or authorized Farm Pro dealers, established by Homier Distributing Company. Under these warranties, Homier Distributing Company will repair or replace, at its option, any covered part, which is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship during the applicable warranty term. (This excludes 3rd party attachments.) EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE for an additional charge. | WARRANTY CONDITIONS |
| Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damage; or how long an implied warranty lasts so that above limitation does not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
The customer must retain their original receipt to validate warranties. Homier warranties do not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other than a certified Homier Service Center or authorized representative. Normal wear and tear is not covered under Homier's warranty programs. Cosmetic blemishes are not covered under warranty. Certain domestic brand name items and close-out items sold by Homier may also have their own specific warranties, separate from Homier's warranty programs. Contact 1-800-348-5004.
Any product sold "AS IS" to a customer at any participating retail show or store voids all warranties for the item(s) purchased. An item purchased "AS IS" by the customer will be reflected on their receipt as proof.
Homier Distributing Co., Inc. reserves the right as final authority on whether the product should be repaired or replaced. Enclosed with the return, a completed COPY of the original sales slip showing the date and place of purchase is required. Defective parts or products must be returned to receive free repair or replacement.
Transportation (either Fed Ex or Motor Freight) of return goods must be shipped freight prepaid to HDC Customer Service Department. Freight costs for returning items to Homier Distributing Co. within the specified warranty periods will be the responsibility of the customer. All replacement parts or complete units covered under the Homier Warranty Programs will be returned prepaid to the sender.
Homier Distributing Co., Inc. makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty period as set forth above. Homier Distributing Co., Inc.'s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Homier Distributing Co., Inc. be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product. Warranties do not apply to commercial or rental use. Farm Pro tractors and implements have a separate warranty program. Contact your authorized Homier representative or Farm Pro dealer for details.
