1. What size is the costume?
We can make the costumes in all sizes.
You may change the colour if available. But not the style of the costume.
Please tell me the colour and send me the picture if you want to change the colour.
2. How long can I receive the costume after I send the payment and measurement?
The sewing time is about 12 business days after receiving your full payment and measurement.
All items will be shipped by expediate mail. Expediate shipping ( EMS, Parcel Force or DHL) takes 3-10 business days to ship. Please tell us your phone number for expediate shipping. Expediate shipping does not ship to your post office box. Please do not give us P.O. Box address.
3. What should I do if the costume does't fit?
For custom made costume, we have person who measure each costume before we ship the costume. If you feel that our costume is not made according to your measurement you can send photo of the costume you received with tape measuring on it. The measurement of the costume must be bigger than the body size you provided us. After we see the photo we will determine whether we will give you refund or make a new one for you. Please make sure that you have sent correct measurement! Do not pull the tape measure too tight. This should be an exact measurement, not too tight and not too loose. If you are a plus size or taller or shorter than normal people please send me more detail measurements.

We have made all costumes in our store and have got many good feedbacks. So please trust us we will not let you lose money.
If you buy costumes which are already made. You should determine Your actual measurements and choose the right size. Take your favorite comfortable fitting garment that matches what you are interested in (jeans, top, jacket) and lay it out flat on a bed or table top. Take a measuring tape or ruler and get matching measurements for the costume size you want. Consider if the garment you are measuring has any give or stretch and if the garment you are interesting in has it as well. I will not take the responsibility if the costume you choose does not fit. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. THANK YOU!!!!
4. When shall I send the measurement?
Please send the measurement with or after payment. We will not record your measurement if we have not received your payment. We will not remember your measurement when we receive your payment. I am sorry we receive hundreds of letters everyday.

5.How can I pay?
We accept paypal, Bank transfer and other payment methods. Money order takes 45 days to clear after I receive it. Paypal can change the currency for you.
Buyers with feedback of 2 or lower must have valid and verified paypal account to pay before you purchase the item. ( If you don't want to pay by bank transfer or other payment methods .) The process of creating and verifying your paypal account may takes more than 2 weeks. You can also borrow other's paypal account to pay.Please make sure that you can send payment in 3 days.
We reserve our right to reject bidding from customers with excessive negative feedbacks. Please send payment in 3 days!
6. Do you combine shipping?
I do combine shipping. I can give you US$10 discount if you buy 2 costumes at the same time. $20 discount if you buy 3 costumes at the same time. $30 discount if you buy 4 costumes at the same time. $50 discount if you buy 5 costumes at the same time. The shipping fee is calculated per 0.1kg if you take standard shipping . Please remind me after auction so I can send you a new invoice. Because the system will send you invoice with original price automatically after you won the items.
If you don't agree with the shipping fee please don't bid for the item. I have already paid insertion fee to ebay for the listings. After you click buy it now button I have to pay final value fee to ebay. The insertion fee and final value fee are based on the price of the item. I will waste time and money if the buyer refuse to pay. Appropriate feedback will be left to non responsible buyers.

8. How to measure myself?
You'd better measure yourself by soft tape. If you don't have soft tape you can use a string to measure yourself then measure the string by normal tape. If your measurement is wrong we will not take any responsibility for the costume. Please make sure your measurement is correct.

If you are a plus size, (If you are heavier or taller than average person or if you are a man and you want to make woman's costume) you'd better provide more detail measurements. Sex( Man's shoulder and arm circumference are usually wider than woman. It is important in making costume)
Bust
The bust measurement is taken by placing the tape measure over the back, underneath the arms and then over the highest point on the bust. Do not pull the tape measure too tight. This should be an exact measurement, not too tight and not too loose. ( Measure with bra on)
Waist
Tie a string around your waist to determine the location of your waist. Then measure the string. Here it is very important to measure your true waist size, and not to pull the tape measure too tight or too loose. Otherwise the costume will be too tight or too loose.
Hip
The hip measurement is taken over the widest part of the hips.
If you want to buy dress or coat you'd better provide:

Coat length cm? From neck to length desired

9. What kind of costumes do you make?
We make all kinds of costumes. There are also many costumes that we have made and haven’t posted on ebay yet. We can make costumes in all sizes. If you are not satisfied with our costume, we will refund or remake it. (If the measurement you provided is correct. ) Please make sure you have provided correct measurement.
