Not transparent in shoe sizing! Only solution offered was to pay shipping. But still didn’t update shoe sizing with incorrect European to US sizing. Customers still will believe the information is correct when it’s not. Somehow the shipping only costs were the price of another pair! Seller stopped contacting me and never offered a viable solution. Very disappointing.

I thank you for making this delivery, but I hope you will make improvements to your courier. You can tell them to leave a Text message on approximately what time they plan to make the delivery, & call the customer & say" Please come down to the lobby to Pick Up your Ebay Order", instead of just dropping it in front of the Apt. door NEXT TIME.
