These are all NEW items but I may have only 1 or 2 left and they are just taking up space on the racks. Go crazy!

CHANGES MADE TO PAYMENTS!
Payments to be made by PayPal ONLY through Instant Transfer or Credit Card. E-Checks will not be accepted change your method of payment once in PayPal.
Why? I send out your item within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sundays and Holidays). I want you to get your items within days of making a purchase. Money Orders are taking too long to reach me and E-Checks still have up to a 10 day waiting period meaning you don't get your items for at least 2 weeks after purchasing. No more E-Checks please!
PET ID TAGS
Please make sure all info is correct that you would like on the tag. I do my best to keep all items in stock, however, some may not be available due to recent events I have done or if my order is in process/transit. Please include a second color choice for the shape you choose or you can send me an email and I will respond asap, usually the same day.
International Customers:
Please allow at least 48 hours or 2 business days to process your purchases.
I will only accept $US PAYPAL. Shipping will be $2.50 First Class International for all items paid for in the same payment. Shipping insurance is not available.
Why $2.50? Online labels are not available for International First Class. I have to take it to the post office and stand in line. But I'll be happy to do Priority Global for $20.00 for a 1 oz. item if you so request.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Why no Returns or Exchanges?
Fleas, skin ailments, doggie dander, and oils. I'm not saying you don't keep a clean pet, but we have had a nasty flea season this year, I don't want it mistakenly coming into my house just as you wouldn't like it unknowingly going into your house. I'm an honest seller and would NEVER resell a collar that was returned.
HOWEVER, If I made an error with your item email me, tell me what the problem is and I will do my best to fix it. This is on a case-by-case basis. Once in a while I do make an error!
I am a breeder, rescuer, boutique owner, or just like to buy lots of cool collars, do you offer any special discounts?
For every 8 collars/leashes purchased at the REGULAR price (EXCLUDING AUCTION, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ID TAGS) you can pick out a "freebie" collar of equal or lesser value. All items must be in a single transaction, on one invoice, batched together. You can click the "Buy It Now" and I will make the change on your invoice. PLEASE REQUEST AN INVOICE. Shipping remains at $2.00 Domestic or $2.50 International per invoice.
I like this collar but it says "Chihuahua" and I have a Poodle, what gives?
I use Toy Breeds in my titles for search engine purposes. This is probably how you found my store. All you have to worry about is your pets correct neck measurement.
EX: If your measurement ends up being 9" look at the MINI and XSMALL categories. Just decide what width you like.
It says you offer a combined shipping discount, explain?
US customers your shipping is $2.00 for all items paid for in one single payment. If you buy 1 collar, shipping is $2.00. If you buy 20 collars, shipping is $2.00. I am a generous wrapper too, you'll get your bubble wrapped items sandwiched between cardboard so it is well protected during transit.
If you purchase multiple items email me that you need an invoice so I can make sure the shipping stays at $2.00. You have 7 days to remit payment so if there are auctions you are waiting on we can include those in your invoice (just let me know we are waiting). Repeat customers get 10 days to remit payment (email me so I know we are waiting for auctions to end).
International customers, all the above applies, however, your shipping charge is $2.50.
