About us

I'm Chris Howells, and I live in Happy Valley, Oregon with my beautiful wife of 12 years, our 8 year old son and 2 year old princess Emma. My business started out as a carpentry hobby turned business - I make various niche and novelty gift items such as toy building blocks, drink coasters, wood soap dishes, among other wood products. Looking for another hobby, I turned to coffee roasting...which is now a second hobby merged into my existing business. I purchase large quantities of green unroasted coffee beans. What I do not turn into custom roast coffee, I sell to home roasters all over the country. What was once Howells Wood Products, is now just Howells Products.
