LAYAWAYS
In order to keep a NO CHARGE NO INTEREST layaway program we will require a payment to be made every 30 days. If no payments are received all money and merchandise will be forfeited. There are NO REFUNDS on layaways, exchanges are welcome and must be equal or greater value of merchandise.
Down payments on merchandise must be at least 10% or greater.
Payments may be mailed or made on line.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns maybe made for a change in size, color or style. Returns because of dissatisfied with product can be made for equal or greater value and must be unused, unwashed and can be resold with all factory labels and must be accompanied with huntersoutfitter.com receipt. Any returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of huntersoutfitter.com management team.
Returns will be the expense of customer, returns sent C.O.D will be refused. Re-shipping of the item being exchanged for will be shipped NO CHARGE back to you.
There is NO REFUNDS all items are sold as new and in factory packaging or wrapping. Exchanges are allowed as explained above.
WARRANTIES
Huntersoutfitter.com cannot process any warranty issues. Factory warranties on any item sold will be the manufactures responsibility. We will assist in anyway we can to help resolve any warranty issues ex: phones numbers, copies of paperwork etc.
BACKORDERS
If your purchased item is on backorder we will inform you and you will have a choice either to receive a full refund, exchange for another item or wait till backorder is filled.
SHIPPING
All shipping will be within 24 hours of payment received, if after hours processing your order will be the next business day. Days of operation – Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm, closed on Sundays and Holidays.
Overseas custom charges are the responsibility of buyer, such charges are not included in the price or shipping of any item.
