The drone is awesome, and this vendor is AMAZING. I had some unique after purchase issues which had nothing to do with the seller. I attempted to solve my problems with DJI Directly and the seller requested I keep them informed. When I wasn't getting the results I wanted, they stepped in and took care of me. I'm so impressed. I have already been communicating with the seller, the item was shipped back almost 2 weeks ago, they haven’t refunded me the money for the shipping even yet, and then I finally get a response and a refund of $118 for I don’t know what reason, the drone cost almost $270, and on top of that the shipping was another $28 and change, it’s roughly $300 they owe me, why are they sending me $118?

The seller in China is brilliant and fantastic. Shipment has great tracking System, also is fast even without paying extra for priority Post. Communication is good. ONLY need to know buyer should be experienced DJI user who knows how to activate and update firmware by themselves through DJI Assistant 2 (Customer Drone) there should be up and running without any problems. Highly recommended.
