| A:NONO adopts an advanced technology called "thermicon" to transfer heat from this gadget to hair follicles. The idea is to suppress hair growth instead of simply remove it. You may not see hair being removed completely at once, but after several

| Q:How to use NONO? |
|
| A:It's easy to use NONO. Install the hot blade, plug it, press the safety button on the plug and use it. You need to glide NONO against your skin bottom-up.Glide it smoothly and don't stop at a spot too long or you will feel the heat start to irritate your skin. The green signal light is on if you are operating correctly. |
| Q:What are "Hot Blades"? |

| A:Though they are named "blades", they don't shave hair. Hot blades are used to transfer heat from NONO to hair follicles. There are 2 different hot blades:1 for long hair and the other for stubbles. |
| Q:How often do I need to change the blades? |

| A:Usually you should change the blades every 1 month. But it depends on how often you use them and how well you maintain them. It is suggested that you clean the blades after each use to prolong their lives. If you start to feel that it's getting difficult to remove hair, it may be time to change hot blades. |
| Q:What is the buffer for? |

| A:The buffer pad is to be used after you use NONO. It removes stubble residuals and make your skin smooth. |
| Q:How long does it take for each use? |

| A:It depends on how thick your hair is and how big the area you want to treat. Most likely it takes 2-3 hours for each treatment. |
| Q:How long does it take to see the effect? |

| A:It depends on individual situation, too. Many factors can affect the duration before you get an effect desired. Usually it will take from 3 weeks to 1 month to see obvious result. But there's no single answer. |
| Q:Can NONO be used on the face? |

| A:It is highly suggested no to use it on face. Though NONO is a safe product, the skin of face is usually more sensitive. The heat might irritate the face and cause unwanted result. |
| Q:Will the hair grow back? |

| A:The hair will grow back, but you will find it become less hairy and dense if you use NONO regularly, and eventually it becomes very thin. |
| Q:Do I need an adapter/converter to connect my NONO to the mains? |

| A:Our NONO has a plug of 2 pins. If you live in areas where other types of plugs are needed, we will provide a free adaptor. If the adaptor we provide does work well, you can purchase one locally. As for the voltage, NONO has an international rating 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 0.3W. |
| Q:Does the NONO have any warranty? |

| A:Yes, our NONO has 1-year limited warranty. If it is not working under normal and correct use, we will provide a replacement set. Please contact us for more details. |
| Q:Any other things I should pay attention to when using NONO? |

| A:* If the area treated is irrigated by the heat, you may apply some cool substance on it to reduce the uncomfortable feeling.
* If the area you want to treat is very hairy, you may trim the hair before using NONO.
* The hair can't be removed completely after just 1 or 2 treatments. You need to be patient and use NONO regularly. |
